1. Introduction & General Provisions
joua9 is an online gaming and entertainment platform operated for players in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") set out all the rules that apply to the use of the joua9 platform. This document serves as a legal agreement between you and joua9.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

Age: Only individuals aged 21 or over may use this platform. Age verification may be required when opening an account.
Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
One Account: Each individual may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name is strictly prohibited and any such accounts will be cancelled.
Accurate Information: All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of deposited funds.
Personal Use: The account must be used solely for personal entertainment. Gaming on behalf of or for a third party is prohibited.
3. Account Registration & Management
Registration Process
To open an account with joua9, you must provide your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and preferred payment method details. Some features may be restricted until verification of the provided information is complete.
Once registration is complete, the user is responsible for keeping their login credentials (username and password) confidential. Sharing login credentials with any third party is strictly prohibited.
Account Security
Any unauthorised use of the account must be reported to our support team immediately. joua9 is not liable for any loss arising from the user's negligence or carelessness.
We may request account verification at any time for security purposes. We reserve the right to suspend transactions and withdrawals if verification is not completed.
Closing an Account
A user may request to close their account at any time. An opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance will be provided before closure, except in cases of Terms violations.
In cases of fraud, breach of Terms, or illegal activity, joua9 may suspend or cancel any account without prior notice.
Updating Information
If your personal information changes (mobile number, payment method, etc.), please update it in your account immediately or contact support. joua9 is not responsible for transaction complications caused by outdated information.
Identity verification may be required when changing any information. This is done to ensure the security of your account.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
Deposit
The following payment methods may be used to deposit funds into joua9: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (one hundred taka) for each method. Once a deposit is successfully processed, it is generally added to the account instantly. Please contact the support team if there is a delay due to a technical issue.
- Deposits must be sent only from a payment account registered in the name of the account holder.
- Depositing via a third party or using a third party's payment account is prohibited.
- There are no hidden charges for deposits; however, fees imposed by the payment service provider may apply.
Withdrawal
The minimum amount for withdrawing winnings is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
Important terms regarding withdrawals:
- Withdrawals can only be made to the payment method registered on the account — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.
- Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus funds (see the Bonus section).
- If fraud is suspected, a withdrawal may be placed on hold until additional verification is completed.
- Upon submitting a withdrawal request, the relevant amount will be immediately placed on hold from the account balance.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
Welcome Bonus
New members are eligible for a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example:
- If you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,500 bonus — total balance ৳2,500.
- If you deposit ৳14,000 a maximum bonus of ৳10,000 applies — total balance ৳24,000.
After accepting a bonus, winnings earned from that bonus cannot be withdrawn until the specified wagering requirements have been met.
Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. This calculation applies to the bonus amount only — not to the original deposited funds.
Example: If your bonus is ৳1,500, you must place a total of ৳37,500 in bets to complete the wagering requirement (1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500). After that, winnings earned from the bonus may be withdrawn.
- Certain games may count toward wagering completion at a different rate.
- If the bonus balance is fully depleted, the wagering requirement is also cancelled.
- Wagering must be completed within a specified period after the bonus is received.
joua9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer. Specific terms applicable to each promotional offer apply.
6. VIP Program & Cashback
joua9's VIP program has three tiers. Players can advance to higher tiers based on regular gaming activity:
Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week. New members enter at this tier and can move to higher tiers through regular play.
Silver: Up to 0.7% cashback per week. Regular and active participation is the main requirement for reaching this tier.
Gold: Up to 1.0% cashback per week. Top-tier players enjoy additional benefits and personalised service.
Cashback is calculated on a weekly basis and credited to the account under specific conditions. joua9 reserves the right to change VIP tier benefits or cashback rates.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the joua9 platform. Violation of these prohibitions may result in account cancellation and relevant legal action.
- Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
- Placing coordinated bets or using arbitrage strategies with the intent to abuse the bonus system.
- Knowingly exploiting technical errors in the platform's software or game rounds.
- Playing using automated software, bots, or scripts.
- Conducting money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
- Harassing, threatening, or behaving indecently toward other players or joua9 staff.
- Attempting to breach the platform's security systems or engaging in hacking activities.
- Operating an account on behalf of a third party or running a professional gambling service.
8. Responsible Gaming Provisions
joua9 takes responsible gaming very seriously. We believe gaming should be an entertaining activity, not a financial solution.
Setting Time Limits: Set daily or weekly gaming time limits on your account.
Deposit Limits: Use the option to set a maximum weekly or monthly deposit amount.

Technical Errors & Maintenance

If a technical error is detected in a game result, joua9 reserves the right to void the relevant bet or winnings, and deposited funds will be returned to affected players.

Final Decision: After reviewing all information, joua9's final decision will be binding. However, the user may seek recourse through the relevant authorities via legal channels.
In disputes regarding results, our server logs will be considered the definitive evidence.
12. Amendment & Termination of Terms
joua9 reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove from these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where significant changes are made, efforts will be made to notify users in advance where possible.
Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms. The most up-to-date terms will always be available on this page. It is recommended to review this page regularly.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions will continue to be fully effective.
